DOUCEA FRANCE IS LOOKING FOR 1 STUDENT – Full or Part time MARKETING ASSISTANT (including SOCIAL MEDIA) SHANGHAI

• Duration : Minimum 6 months up to 9, depending the availability of the student.

• Starting : Sept 2021

• Domain : Skincare (Kids line) with 10 skus/ Launching new line in China and Europe (Dec /2021) + Market Study for teens.


MAIN PURPOSE : SUPPORT THE TEAM TO PREPARE THE LAUNCHING.

• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities 

• Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects (including sourcing, pricing negotiation, business development…)
• Implement the ‘’Board of Actions” for the launching
• Marketing Tools development: Branding, Packaging, …. 

• Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ 
questionnaires 

• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations 


Job brief 
 : We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department of our company in its primary and marketing duties. 
 

REQUIEREMENT

• Proven experience as a marketing assistant (cosmetic background will be a plus)
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
• High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.

Digital experience is a plus

• Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages. 

• Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events. 

• Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website.
• Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.
• English & Chinese fluent. (French will be good too)
