Hylink (华扬联众), China’s largest independent digital agency, is looking for an Account Executive to join their growing Hylink France team based in Paris.

They are looking for individuals who have established experience in the field of digital marketing, and are great communicators with a sharp creative edge.

Hylink has over 2400 Employees all over the world and generated 1.6 billion Euros Revenue in 2018.

As an Account Executive, reporting directly to senior agency staff, you will be the liaison between the agency and the client.

Working together with their senior team, the Account Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day client account operations, contribute to the creative branding strategy process, and utilize analytical skills to drive strategic advertising recommendations. You will evangelize new Hylink products and technologies throughout the agency, and develop and manage strong relationships with internal agency influencers and decision-makers. Your knowledge of digital combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grows.

You will be involved with a team of fast-paced, multitasking high-achievers, covering training across digital, media, industry analysis, and client service. You will develop influential, relationship-building skills, learn to provide Hylink-caliber client service, and fully grasp research and market analysis.

You will be expected to:

  • Assist various senior staff in execution of internal agency projects.
  • Assist in the management and execution of events, down to detailed tasks.
  • Conduct competitive, industry, or client research for presentations, pitches, or industry analysis.
  • Develop briefs, client reports, and key agency documentation in a timely manner.
  • Help manage daily business of account(s) with responsibility for ensuring that work is completed on-time and on-budget.
  • Develop client-facing relationship and servicing skills to better provide efficient deployment to our partners and clients.
  • Support the execution of strategy, provide brand stewardship and maintain strong client satisfaction on assigned brand(s).
  • Assist in the management and execution of events, down to detailed tasks.
  • Assist in the execution of client campaigns, help account team to deliver high quality service, meet client expectations and ensure campaign success
  • Assist in copy editing for social content, KOL identification and negotiation, etc
  • Assist in the promotion of Hylink in the French market through marketing, PR, events


  • 3-4 years experience in a digital agency, tech startup, marketing, integrated marketing communications, or media sales role.
  • A graduate of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree program in any related field, or focused on Business, Communications, Digital marketing, or Market Research fields.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • A deep understanding of the industry’s issues, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance Hylink’s forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
  • Balanced team player dedicated to client service.
  • Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
