BILINGUAL ENGLISH/MANDARIN PROJECT MANAGER (H/F) 

 

Netino by Webhelp est l’entité digitale du groupe Webhelp spécialisée en Social Media & Content Management.

Acteur de référence dans son domaine, Netino By Webhelp offre à ses clients un large panel de prestations autour du Social Media (modération, animation de communauté, social listening…) et des métiers du “BPO digital”.

 Fort d’un portefeuille de 200 clients actifs, présent dans tous les secteurs, Netino by Webhelp a été fondé en 2002 par Jean-Marc Royer. Jérémie Mani, CEO, a rejoint l’aventure en 2010 pour en accélérer la croissance.

En 2016, Netino s’est rapproché de Webhelp – leader français de la relation client, dans un contexte de transformation digitale du secteur.

 

Ils sont structurés en 3 pôles :

  • Sales, consulting et marketing, en charge d’identifier de nouveaux clients ou de développer le portefeuille de clients existants, de comprendre leurs besoins et de voir comment ils peuvent y répondre
  • Opérations et sourcing, composé d’Account Managers, responsables de l’excellence opérationnelle des projets/prestations vendues au client, et de Talent Acquisition managers afin d’animer leur communauté de quelques 600 freelances
  • Technique, qui travaille sur la maintenance et les évolutions de leur plateforme social média. 

 

    VOS MISSIONS :

    As a BD project manager, imagining the next launches of innovative business offers and services that respond best to our clients and consumers’ needs, while being the guardian of our technology strength and quality of delivery

    • You are responsible for the analysis of market landscape, client segments, potential leads, their needs and pain points
    • You collaborate strongly with the tech team and commercial team while adapting the assets to best fit to the market needs
    • You will have the role of a business developer, building an operational strategy to identify and approach potential clients in different segment, in order to prioritize the sales effort and obtain the best ROI; this role can be on different levels: on country level (responsible for the French market and French clients), and on International level (for specific geographic like China), on travel retail, social media and e-commerce
    • Support the team to create new services, tools and process to increase the B2B conversion rate

     

    VOTRE PROFIL : 

    • A Master student, able to provide an internship agreement of 4 to 6 months issued by your school
    • Have entrepreneurial spirit: bold, confident, learning by doing.
    • Autonomous: you thrive in team work but you could also manage well your time along the project planning during home office. You find your way to get the information you need, and you are couragous to reach out for help.
    • Sense of ownership: you own what you are given, and you are responsible for what you produce.
    • You have a previous experience in sales (including internships), ideally in a tech environment, retail or e-commerce
    • You are familiar with Chinese social media and e-commerce ecosystem: wechat, weibo, Tmall
    • Native mandarin speaker, also proficient in English; French is a nice to have
    • Sales oriented, you have a great business sense and excellent verbal/written communication skills
    • Passionate about growth and eager to learn, you are familiar with the start-up environment and working in a demanding change-oriented environment
    • You are an out-of-the-box thinker and are a fantastic team player
    • Confronted to challenges, you never give up the hard work
