INVENTEC PERFORMANCE CHEMICALS is a subsidiary specializing in performance chemicals for high-tech industries (brazing creams, soldering fluxes, solvents, aerosols) from product development to marketing.   

The candidate will have to strengthen the administrative department of our subsidiaries and give it the means to ensure its growth.

  • Be responsible for management control including group reporting, margin and sales analysis, computer data, cash flow, landings. 

  • Calculate production costs 

  • Guarantee budgets (Margin, P&L, BS, Cash flow) 

  • Manage intra-group contracts and transactions. 

  • Create and update processes 

  • Provide ad hoc analysis as requested by the General Manager, Sales or Headquarters. 

  • Assist the general manager in monitoring the activity. 

  • Assist in the implementation of process in line according to ERP. 

  • Internal Audit 

  • Work closely with the accounting department for all financial matters, auditing, taxes, banks,
lawyers, etc. 


–  2 years of experience in the field of finance, ideally in an international industrial environment 

–  Autonomy, Seriousness / Rigor, Strength of proposals / Taking initiatives, spirit of synthesis 

–  Project management in multifunction environment 

–  Coaching/training capabilities and appetence for sharing his knowledge 

–  A good knowledge of the Office pack, especially with Excel, mastery of VBA and knowledge of ERPs are a plus. 


–  Bac +5 (Master/MBA) 

–  Fluent English required (Mandarin would be a plus). 


Based in Shanghai with regular trip to Malaysia subsidiary.
Internal collaboration with Sales, Sales Administration, Production, Logistics, Marketing and Accounting departments, and external collaboration with auditors, local authorities.
